Peter Gildener
Peter was senior partner of one of the largest practices in North Yorkshire where he was an expert in criminal law, civil litigation, licensing and personal injury claims. On moving to Cornwall in 1994 he became the first solicitor in Penzance to be appointed to the prestigious Law Society Personal Injury Panel. His extensive legal experience also encompasses matrimonial law, probate and all commercial transactions.
Sue Cotton
Sue is a qualified legal executive. She was born in Cornwall and has lived here all her life. Therefore her extensive knowledge is invaluable in handling the residential side of the practice.
